1. Check Your Tracking Status

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

3. Common Tracking Questions

Q: My tracking says “Label Created” but nothing’s moving. What’s happening?
A: Don’t worry—this usually means your order is waiting to be picked up by the carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours for updates to appear.

Q: The status says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it.
A: Please double-check your mailbox, front porch, or with neighbors. Still missing? Email us at [email protected] and we’ll help resolve it.

Q: I entered the wrong address. Can I fix it?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually change the address. Contact us ASAP. If the order has shipped, we may not be able to intercept it.
